Way Better

I understand the frustration of never being able to reach a real person, but the help text on the site is great. I am so impressed with WIX. After making a site on BlueHost using a WordPress template, WIX was SO much easier (and btw, BlueHost trashed my site and I couldn't get it back even though I'd paid for years of site backup. I got a real person and they just said "sorry.")

WIX is destroying my business

this company doesn’t value my business and is DESTROYING my company!!! I’m killing myself as a mom of four trying to grow my business and they have been stealing my funds and making up reasons to NEVER payout to my bank. i call and wait on hold for HOURS to go from first in que to third after being on hold for an hour. Poor Customer Service and Questionable Data Privacy

Started using Wix in October last year. Thought it was Ok. The website builder was a little clunky but worked for me. Now I realise there is no customer support! I have a premium plan and it is near impossible to get a response about issues with their products and services. I typically use the website just a gallery for past commissions (I offer bespoke blacksmithing services and products). less fun than maintaining angularjs legacy codeI won't even try to guess what went wrong there, but it feels like it is built on heaps of legacy code. Slow, inconsistent, next to zero logs, and ones that are out there are misleading at best.Combine that with having questionable assumptions that diverge from common practices and common sense (e.g having onClick handler as an accumulative subscription with no way to unsubscribe), and you got yourself an extra annoying system to work with.

I use Wix for my small business. I have had my funds verified 3 different times within the small amount of I have used even for my payouts. This is the worst mistake I could have ever made. It is now going on 3 weeks that they have had my money restricted so I cannot receive it. Email Campaign Program is the Worst

Marketing tips are great but your email campaign program is the worst in the industry. One month (May) you let me send my event to 10K contacts, the next month (June) only 8K, and yesterday (July) you limited it to 5K. Why? What is wrong with your program? I am in the media where news an hour ago is considered ‘old’ so having a site, account manager and tech support is CRITICAL.I have used WIX for almost 5 years and must report that this company is the worst run I have ever experienced in the last 20 years.If you are a commercial entity looking to build and develop a site and develop revenue cash flow, DO NOT USE WIX. Don't Use WIX

We joined WIX in January after doing much research and was told positively there would be no issues with selling CBD online through them. It is now July and we still are not up and running with a payment provider. Why??? Because WIX does not integrate with the CBD merchants. Oh they say they will but they don't. What do you like best? I simply love Wix. it is so easy to create an amazing looking website. They have an amazing collection of beautiful themes. What do you dislike? Sometimes, its hang a bit otherwise it works well. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I want to build a professional website and six makes it feasible to create a website.
