DO NOT USE WIX!!! If you think wow! this is easy to use and set up -- it is! That is how they get you! You will likely outgrow the capabilities of wix, when you do it is impossible to manage your business google suite, because wix has figured out a way to become your own personal google reseller while you were using the easy wix website builder. Terrible
Very confusing to sign up and navigate the Wix customer account page, and I'm proficient with technology. I paid a lump sum of approximately $139 for a one year membership. The site was so confusing, I accidentally paid for a second year long subscription which billed me monthly at approximately $18 per month. They'll reject your any kind of refund…
They'll reject your any kind of refund request without even considering it after 14 days. The cost is more than $200 and then they just don't wanna refund any of them. BS

Appalling response to genuine refund…
Appalling response to genuine refund requests with no reason given. Very difficult to speak with a real person, if at all. Money grabbing organisation.

Tried to order business cards
Tried to order business cards. Afther three weeks they still are not here and Wix.com tells me to contact their third party, which should be their responsibility.Do not recommend.

Not helpful
After submitting two tickets regarding the import of Wordpress blog posts into a new Wix site - I finally got someone to call me back. He put me on hold for 23 minutes of the 30 minute call and didn't solve the issue. He then said that someone else would get back in touch to solve it - which still hasn't happened. One of the worst customer service systems I've come across - extremely frustrating.

Not easy to work work and not Google ready
This is not a friendly website builder. It does not register as safe on Facebook. Zeok works with them to help you with Google and they are not easy to work with. Then refuse to take ownership of there wrong doing. Horrible site. I have worked with WordPress and GoDaddy way better.

I thought Wix.com was a reputable company but I am finding out how wrong I was.We payed for a discounted premium plan on 7/21/2019. By the end of October we found a different platform better suited to our needs and began migrating our site building efforts away from Wix. I had no idea my card information was saved and that I had been automatically opted-in to a yearly renewal autopay. Reputable companies ask if card information should be saved and require the user to opt-in for autopay.My ...
