Do not use for business. Best for an easy personal site.
Do not use for business! They withheld my payments from customers, said verification of my account would be 7 days. It has been my h longer than that - they then asked for evidence from my bank? So sent them bank opening statement, which they then said would reset the verification process so it would take even longer... Absolute joke of a company and don't even get me started on the glitches and slow website.. stick with WordPress!!

Poor customer service is an understatement.Frustrating limitations with site building, illogical processes, and many ### moments.From what I’ve read here, I wish I’d never signed up, and look forward to working with wordpress in the future!

At time of setting website up I…
At time of setting website up I selected to NOT auto renew subscription. Website was cancelled and closed down in August 2019 when business associated was closed with companies house. I have just had another auto renew subscription taken from my bank for £86.40 and wix.com support has advised I wont be guaranteed a refund

Molti template a disposizione…
Molti template a disposizione unitamente alle applicazioni. Creare un sito con wix non è per nulla facile. Infatti mi sono rivolto ad un professionista e il risultato è stato brillante. Unica pecca è che bisogna lavorare molto per renderlo responsivo. Comunque i costi sono buoni.

WORST service I have ever had
WORST service I have ever had We set up Wix Payment and collected over $7,000 from customers and After the customers paid wix has refused to pay out our money. It has been over 3 months!! They are holding our money and will not answer our emails and have no way to call them. Caused so much stress and anxiety

Long time customer but the second massive overcharge is the last time.
I have been with WIX for several years. Firstly, I had a very large overcharge on an app that was not transparent and started charging after a period (not written in the description for the app!!). They would not refund it. Now this week I still was charged for a service that I turned off auto renewal for, requested a refund which was rejected. I am cancelling my sites with them.
