Very unimpressed witht limited options

Very unimpressed with limited options. Wix does not allow Afterpay, which many wix users are requesting. I requested to cancel as I have been dissatisfied with site and asked for a refund, only for the months that I will not be using wix, since i paid for the year and i'm only 6 months in. Save your money. WIX is the worst. NO, ZERO Customer Support even for upgraded accounts. Your website goes down for no reason without explanation or way to restore. SEO is a joke. Stay away!!!

Good for basic use

To be honest I am new to the website game, but I know what I need. I am keeping things basic so wix is ideal for the time being. I have noticed the live site doesn't always match up to the edit page, which is annoying. I contacted customer services and they phoned me within 10 minutes, so that was good. AVOID!!

AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!! Absolutely useless in communication and impossible to reach Customer Service. Try to find their number or chat box. When someone does call you back all they do is just take a note and pass to relevant department. They don`t know anything, they can not confirm anything.
