What do you like best? The templates that are easily customized and available for you to use. What do you dislike? I have only one dislike and that is of the bookings section. Recommendations to others considering the product: Be sure to use all the integrations and SEOs that you can to make your site most effective. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Needed a website to house information for people to view.

Terrible Customer Service. No response from email to wix payment team, no way to talk to them on phone.

We got a EIN for company. Opened checking account in that name. A year later, changed to an LLC/S corp with a new EIN and name. Kept original (DBA) name on checking account.Have been on WIX with three sites for five years now. Suddenly, because our account is under LLC name and checks have DBA our payments are withheld. Sent all IRS and banking Docs to wixpayments. No acknowlegement of receipt, not even a canned response. Called customer service, but cannot contact wixpayments. DO NOT USE ...

This is the part where I would say if I could give them zero stars, I would! They recently stole money out of my bank account through the debit card that I used to have linked to my wix account. The business I had wasn't getting any traffic from the website that I made using the wix website editor, so I discontinued my premium subscription 10 months before renewal and removed my debit card from their system. Don’t pay for this.

I paid £43 for a wiz website as there was a money back guarantee if you don’t like it. Paid the money up front, find it awkward to use compared to my Facebook old website. Asked for a refund 3 days later and was told I could have one.

Better options out there

Absolutely hate having my site on here. was good at first for a very basic site but now im realising you have to pay for every little thing. very expensive, poor methods of payment, poor editing options in terms of applying discounts and deals, want to send emails but have to pay EXTRA money even thought i have paid nearly 160£ for the year. Total waste of time and cant wait for my subscription to be up so i can switch site builders.

Not recommended

Not recommended. Basically you have to pay, there is no way you can use wix for free. What is the most ridiculous - even paid plan DOES NOT remove ads...
