Savings not worth it!

Before signing up with wix, I verified that my products weren't against their restricted products. 3 months into having their services they randomly sent me an email saying I am no longer able to use wix payment. It took me 2 weeks to get a straight answer on why that was, and a month later I still have not had that service restored even though I immediately resolved the issue, And waited another full week with no results. They make you pay for the domain for $33 then you have to pay an extra $12.50 PER MONTH to actually connect your domain to your website. Wix the worst animal I ever know!Made me believe that I have to buy domain $25 before I publishing my site and then made me buy a plan after I paid for domain for $250!Suck!

Customer service doesn't exist

Customer service doesn't exist. Just robots giving you an "answer" to your problem. I have now tried to solve my problem with wix payment over two months and still fighting to get to talk with an actual person.

Most Unproffessional

Was use Wix for only 1 months, we work with their partner to move our website, they offer us to buy premium from them because its cheaper, but in the end they dont make us owner of the website. when i ask for the ownership, they ask more money outside the deal. I complaint to wix and their costumer services said the problem must be resolved with wix partner and they dont help at all. Very disappointing experience.

Absolute jokes and no customer service ever available

Absolute jokes. Set up a website and online shopfront, got the first sale (great so far right?) then wix doesn’t want to release payments because we haven’t provided a company number. Now try to explain a foreign company and people that run it that in the UK a partnership between two self employed partners doesn’t need to register on campaniles house. The Best Ever!!!

I have been a wix user for at least 1-2 years, and it is absolutely the best. I haven't used a lot of other web-developer apps, so I can't compare that much, but I have used GoDaddy and it doesn't compare at all to wix! I love Wix ✨
