Pathetic customer service actually there's no such thing with this company. I'm finding another domain provider and getting out of Wix because it is pathetic. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. Ridiculous excuse for a company can't wait to see them go out of business.

I've bought premium package and domain…

I've bought premium package and domain almost 35 hours ago. but my published sıte with www.************.com is still not eligible for access. i've checked dns settings and they all are proper. the error occurs due to SSL if i'm not wrong. as an attorney at law i will sue WIX and make refund if my problem not gets solved because i paid in advance and cannot use and benefit from services which is my legal right.

TERRIBLE website and customer service. Wix is a scam, do not use!!! I tried to downgrade my website plan from Unlimited to Combo, and instead of refunding me $35 for the downgrade, they cancelled my website, domain and mailbox, while refunding me only part of the cost. Firstly, I never asked for a refund/cancellation, secondly they cancelled everything and didn’t even refund me the full cost. I am not happy with this website. It's extremely hard to navigate. I had my business cards ready to go, it backed me out of the page, and nothing was saved. All that work for nothingI'll be starting over with a new company.

NOT FREE, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Scams, scams, scams abound! They say it's "free", then watch how the "free" doesn't cover one thing. Not even a contact email for support! That's the FIRST red flag- "we don't want to help you, don't bother us!" They offer NO WAY of contact for questions BEFORE you create an account. The strategic scam of the pandemic! Apparently, they are NOT the real 9.8 stars as seen on THEIR site. Bye, Wix! Good luck making money in this economy-- all the scammers are going down.....lol!

They have also taken payments from my site and not given me the money. As someone mentioned below. I'm having the same issue, can't speak to anybody from Wix. Just rude call takers who're sat at home, not employed by Wix. They don't answer emails.

They claim that if you cancel your subscription within two weeks they refund your money and yet not only do they not do this, they refuse to respond to demands for returning the funds.
