Best website ever easy to use and setup

What do you like best? It is very easy to use you can setup your website in a matter of hours. You only need to upload images and content. It is mobile and screen friendly. You can share you site on your Facebook. You can create a contact us page that is directly linked to your email. What do you dislike? I haven't found how to upload videos and audios. My annual fee went up drastically every…

My annual fee went up drastically every year. They raise the price without informing customers. My most recent annual fee increased from $90 something to $156. I was not notified of increase. I was told by a CS rep that I would get a refund if I canceled, but within minutes I got refund denied e-mail.

Wix customer service is awful

Wix customer service is awful! My payments are going through on their end but they have not linked it to my bank account! Which means they are holding my money illegally! I have called 4 times and was promised CS would manually enter my info in since the computer wasn’t reading it right! They still have not done it! They are holding my money! Interest free and I can’t get anyone to fix my problem! They keep sending one generic email after another. Horrible!!!!!!

Stay away from wix!

So wix froze my funds for 60 days, kicked everyone out of my subscription package, removed their payment method, and would not let me use my own merchant account. I will never in my life use wix again.

Account removed in less then One day, with no reason or notification.

So I’m writing a TV show and planning on piloting the show myself via a built website, I built this website and within one day it was removed with no notification as to why it was removed, no way of contacting them to find out why, it’s like my account was never even made in the first place despite me having a fully working and published website. Accepting payments is a joke

Accepting payments is a joke. I have to wait 10 business days (2 weeks) to receive a payment. E.g. I received an order for £97.00 on 26th August 2020, and the payment won’t be in my bank until (apparently) the 8th September. This is ridiculous as I need, like many small businesses, to pay for materials, labour etc. Upfront. I will not be recommending wix to anyone and even PayPal do a better job - paid on the same day. Stay away.

Do not entertain using this bunch of cowboys. I paid for 4 email accounts which have not worked for 2 days.Requested call backs from 06.00 this morning, its now 17.00 and the problem is still not resolved.Would never use them again.

Abysmal and very unprofessional…

Abysmal and very unprofessional customer service and a clumsy software. Used this service to save time but now can see it would be much easier to build a site from scratch myself (as I spent more time exchanging emails and calls with customer support who clearly are not well trained). Avoid at all costs.

It automatically renewed my premium plan when I had no clue and no email whatsoever about it and planned to move my website elsewhere. THEY SAVED MY CARD INFORMATION - SCAM THIEFS STEALERS I DIDNT AGREE ON THAT!!! No email whatsoever informing this. I chose 1 F*** YEAR PLAN NOT 2. it's against your own policy!!! I expect money back otherwise see you in court!! this is not legal.

WIX has an awful cancellation feature

WIX has an awful cancellation feature. They force annual renewal of a premium plan and make it very hard for you to turn this feature off. It's a bad way to conduct business and feels dishonest and scammy.
