Lousy tech support - review from 5 year customer

So...I get a couple calls regarding my company's website from friends and colleagues that visit it and cannot get past the landing page. We have not updated the site since Feb 2020. The problem resides with folks using Windows 10/MS Edge....and the menu tabs won't allow navigation to the sites pages (beyond the landing page) and there is no animation playing. Don’t waist your money

The site is not user friendly and Ihave discovered that even the pros don’t use it. I recently created a new site. When I transferred it to my domain, they continued to charge me for my old site, which took me 2 months to realize. Also, when I transferred the site, I thought I had chosen the same package I was on...it was not. I asked for a refund and they denied it. Their customer service is nonexistent, I could not get anyone on the phone and now I’m stuck with a website that I can’t get ...

Not a good e-commerse site to use

Although I was able to make my web site look nice, it needs to be functional. I am very frustrated with their payment set up AND somewhat frustrated with their shipping integration.

If you don´t want to mingle with scammers please avoid doing business with WIX. They have these so called partners that will disappear with your money...

How does one edit your website? Certainly it is difficult to use, and a waste of money.

Wix, system good, actually great, but very, very annoying sides.

I am very, very, very disappointed in the first place in some reviewers of 'experts' of 'trusted' review-sites. I took Wix because of the great recommendations of several sites. Wix is good

They got me back on pretty quick. I had a little trouble and they resolved it. I like the program for the most part.

WIX PAYMENTS IS WITHHOLDNG MY MONEY

I've been waiting for my business account to be verified for MORE THAN 3 WEEKS now. I also sent countless ticket to request for an assistance but only got one reply on week 1 and 2 of waiting and nothing else. I CAN'T EVEN SPEAK TO AN ACTUALLY HUMAN BEING, NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL. NO ONE HAS UPDATED ME ON THE STATUS OF MY ACCOUNT VERIFICATION. This is VERY FRUSTRATING AND CAUSES ME SO MUCH STRESS AND ANXIETY. Wix Payments is currently WITHHOLDING A TOTAL AMOUNT OF 879.04 GBP from my sales. ...

Technical problems and inadequate support

The site platform mostly work well, BUT technical issues burn up too much time setting up a site. Support documents contain incomplete info and the agents are not well informed. Simple things like setting up DNS and activating the SSL certificate are not simple, as they should be.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

If I could rate Wix Customer Service less than 1 star I would. They literally have the WORST customer service. I have spent HOURS waiting on hold to get funds that are due to me through their WIX payments service. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE - YOU WILL REGRET IT! THIS was the WORST decision I've made and now you're threatening to credit funds (thousands of dollars) back to customers that paid MONTHS AGO. This is literally the closest thing a legal scam I've ever seen.
