I haven't been a direct customer of Wix but have been helping people who had issues with them.1. You get what you pay for. Cut corners and pay the price..simple as that.2. They have the worst telephone support (You can't call them directly.)3. It took about 7 days to connect domain name with the hosting. Yes! How good is that? A whole bloody week!!4. Terrible Customer Support for Financial Issues

A few months ago, I set up a website through Wix and was cleared to start accepting payments for my small business. Wonderful! Well, not I'm not receiving any of the payouts to my business account. I have no idea why my bank account has not been verified, I've reached out several times with no response (there is NO phone number to call), and I'm now nearing a 60-day verification limit in which payments could be returned to customers for services I've already completed! Not the best website builder available

What do you like best? This was a simple platform for those who don't know how to code to learn how to build their own webpages. What do you dislike? In my opinion it's not the most user friendly, and it's hard to make the layout look professional if you're not a web designer. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great for beginners just starting out.

You can't get a Domain refund even if you haven't even used it. TF I need a domain for anyway, you can publish without, and they were telling me that to complete the website I had to get a domain

I wish I could give them negative stars. Wix payments states they cannot verify our bank information but they have already made deposits in the past with no problems. We have sent them voided checks, bank statements, bank letters, and much more. They simply just keep saying they will escalate it to someone else. This has been going on for 3 weeks with no resolve.

I have been with Wix for 44 days

I have been with Wix for 44 days. It is absolutely not user friendly! Very difficult to navigate site. I have had great difficulty creating my site and still don't have it right. No help is offered. Go somewhere else!

Avoid WIX..

They discourage support tickets and do NOT answer requests to cancel GSuite accounts. They do everything they can to avoid you canceling their services. Avoid them!!

Wix e-commerce is awful,I have been using it since August for my very busy business, the payment setup was awful, verified, then unverified, then verified again and now apparently I am selling prohibited items and my account is closed. I don’t see how being a logo designer is prohibited! AVOID WIX - non-existent customer service

If you want to use a company that does not have proper ly trained customer representatives then you can use Wix. On top of these on lots of occasions when they feel like they are cornered and don;t know what to do they decide to just drop the call. That is just unacceptable.
