Customer Service not great
Customer Service not great. Pretty capable of figuring out the issues myself and with the help of YouTube. If you’re having verification issues like I did and on the verge of your account being disabled, try taking the spaces out of your business name. Seriously

Their customer support seems to suck so…
Their customer support seems to suck so far.. Have had some absurd responses for some normal issues and haven't heard back from them to fix basic website related issues.. Didn't check trustpilot before.. Am shocked to see these ratings and now am worried if I made the wrong decision.. They don't seem to have an escalation matrix for support either.. Is this for real!!

They have no real customer service and…
They have no real customer service and they offer 24/7 support as an incentive when you sign up for one of their premium plans which I did. However I cannot get in contact with anybody at wix.Wix has only gotten worse and worse since the covid-19.

Consistently problem-filled with no support to speak of — AVOID!
Every update removes functionality and control from the PAYING user.Basic things, like being able to control margins on a blog post have been removed in their "new" (read: massively dumbed-down and functionally minimised) blog plug-in.Wix coders (they are NOT "designers") spend their time trying to reduce functionality, while their prices just keep going up, up, up.Wix is a truly dreadful company that does not appear to give one jot for their customers. WIX IS THE WORST OF THEM ALL
I paid for more than 3 years the premium service. After a time i was not able to pay anymore so i cancelled my payment. After that, i cannot log into my account, i cant contact them because they make it impossible.Avoid wix at all cost, they are the worst.

I am taking a college course in which my professor is using the Wix platform to complete assignments on basic web design. I was tasked with creating free website. I created two pages with a photo I took and a few sentences. That's it. Today, I try to login and I can't. My site has vanished. I try to contact customer service through the site by either creating a ticket or getting a call back but neither is working. What do you like best? Wix is very easy, it has a step-by-step setup process that anyone can follow. The templates are beautiful and you can start your online presence in a matter of minutes. I like that everything is clear and the dashboard is very organized. Just a waste of time and money
when i join to wix i was think this is will my best experience i will have but after i put more than one month bulding my website and spent more than 500$ for illusration and motion graphic and when i purchase domain name and the premium plan and some app after 24h they refund me all the money i've purchase from them and say this chargeback ? really what is this i've never ask for chargeback from my bank and already i've talk with my bank and they told they make refunds not us and i've send ...

Wix has no real people
I cannot get a real person to chat with or find a phone # anywhere. I have been trying for over a week to get help with my domain from Wix. There arent any real people to talk to if customer service is really needed. Do not trust them with your money. I have wasted hundreds of dollars with them and I still do not have a usable website. All i want is to talk to someone . Guess im just out hundreds of dollars.
