It really sucks big time. 1. Within my dashboard, I am prompted to upgrade my site, even though it is a premium site and has been upgraded months ago. 2. Wix is bad business

Remember this, even if you are paying for wix, they don't allow you to transfer your domain from Wix without downtime. This is because they don't allow Name Server changes on your domain. And when you begin the transfer of the domain, they shut everything down (which they really shouldn't do since you are still paying for service). This is a pretty horrible way to do business. Unresponsive "Support", unprofessional

3 days into waiting for a Google mail box to be sent back to google. They "escalate" issues their "offline" teams to do this who cannot be contacted any other way. 10 calls to follow up - 10 different answers. No one seems to know how things work. Its difficult to understand how this business will continue - especially with the more professional competitors emerging. If you are looking for a host / website templates look elsewhere. I forgot to cancel my billing cycle

I forgot to cancel my billing cycle, did not have the need for the plan that was extended and after I asked for a refund it was settles within 2 days. Great work, Wix! I spoke with Jeanette, she was great :)

I was receiving all payouts to my bank…

I was receiving all payouts to my bank account for the first month of use. I then got an email to verify my banking information. I had been sending in banking information for 3 months. They still has not verified it. I looked into my account and realized Wix had refunded $381 back to my customers. Talking about feelings being hurt and betrayed. Stay away from them at all cost.

Matchless web development platform

What do you like best? Before using this tool I have to work very hard and use many tools for doing a task but since I have been using its services I have become a satisfied user. It provides me variety of templates, each template is unique in its sense and led to easy creation of the website and also provides a mobile version of the website which is very much appreciated as it gives a most convenient mode to my customers to stay in touch with us. AVOID WIX, unprofessional, silly low end business.

I don't have to repeat all again, WIX cant provide a basic functionality and we were blocked and not able to launch our business, its 3 months, WIX support says they are working on it, but don't know when I get the technical fix, all other providers give this basic feature of mapping images of common URL with products, WIX is asking me to manually copy and paste 1000s of products??? real crap, and I have requested a refund so that I can move on to other provider but they are not refunding, ...

Really disappointed with Wix

Really disappointed with Wix. I have been with them as a new customer just over 5 months. I have a problem in login in. Send them first request on the 23/09/20, with more follow ups and no response. Not acceptable for young business trying to survive in these terrible current times. I had to take my website down and go elsewhere. Fraud, liars and criminals

Fraud site. Terms of use are illegal and not maching local policies. on 25th of september, WIX.COM has withdraw 102 USD with no confirmation or any warning. No warning email recieved. Also WIX, after subscription was immediatelly canceled same day, refused to provide full refund for services, which WERE NOT and WILL NOT be provided, which is actually a crime according to Ukrainian Laws.
