They refunded my payment without my request!

They refunded my payment without my request! I upgrade my site to premium business VIP for 2years and I did payments and published my client's site.Just after one day the website was vanished!!! I got notification regarding REFUND!!! I DID NOT request a refund but they refund it and my client is really angry and wants to sue me because I trusted Wix!Unfortunately nobody answered me from wix just ridiculous bot answers!

I used wix for a website in 2011 and cancelled it in 2012. Since 2012 they have been charging my credit card a $3.00 fee every month. Every time I tried to contact them - I was unable to call or get any responses via email. Tried calling my bank and tried to tell them the charges were fraudulent and that I had cancelled my subscription. please be stay away from this company , bunch of scammers, after i bought two domains , and built two websites , im trying to login ,simply my account was deleted , i cant access my dashboard , there is no customer support , to emails , nothing !!!! after all , they even didnt send me anyemail that they are closing my website , my email is , i've contacted my credit card company and they will apply for chargeback !!! scammerssss

Good websuite builder. However You can not copy the code of your site. MOreover the speed of the landing page is terribly slow.

Support not available

When I started with WIX I was very happy and also recommended it to various friends. As long as your website is light & easy you most probably won't have any issues. But as soon as it gets a little bit more complex the (often weird & random) issues start. That would not be a big deal if there would be proper support, at least for paying premium customers, but sadly there isn't anymore. It is certainly beginner friendly

It is certainly beginner friendly, but the staging environment does not always translate to the front-end deployment accurately. The environment is not stable enough for high-impact websites. But it will do for simple blogs.

I have two websites with wix one which is pending but both paid for in advance, I also have my personal email with them, they are horrendous at just charging money .. and recently I questioned invoices which cover as I now know two email addresses one of which has been cancelled for over a year, I can not not get into my email or dashboard, it wants verifications, no telephone number to talk to anyone on and no way of either working or even receiving my own emails, totally shambolic ...
