Mainly Good, But Could Do Better!

Overall, works well and is fairly intuitive to build. During the 'go live' phase, unlike some reviewers, I found the customer service to be helpful and efficient. However, my one gripe - and it is a major one - is Wix Payments. Following a transaction, it takes 8 days to get an acknowledgment and then many more before the payment actually reaches your bank account. Got another lovely email from the amazing customer service team at Wix NOT!! Another email telling me how they couldnt extend payment terms and they would prefer you to go out of business totally during a pandemic rather than they receive your £44 per month...YES £44 per month.
