Comically Inept Customer Service

They sent me an email telling me to reset my password, so I did. Well I'm dumb so I forgot later in the day. When I tried to reset my password, the email never arrived. Well you can only reach support by logging in, which was not possible. I finally tracked down their support email and they response was that they are aware of the issue. Fine, but that does not resolve my issue so I emailed them again and they told me to log in and request a call back. Again, can't do that because I CAN'T ...

+18days passed since the first payout froze.And I uploaded all other documents and today I got a response asking for another document that was clarified by the previous agent on the phone that I don't need to submit. Like other reviews, I am getting a feeling that they are delaying this process intentionally waiting for the two months so that the funds will be refunded or something....!

CMS for homepage creating

What do you like best? The CMS creates a simple website almost by itself. Thanks to the good templates it is easy to work with this tool. The search allows you to find a template by category of the business. What do you dislike? Not easy to fundamentally change the design. The insight into the PHP files is quite difficult. Recommendations to others considering the product: I recommend testing the design template in advance in all functions and creating the content later ...

A total disaster, stay away form wix

A total disaster, waste of money, utter nonsense and time waster. Please be aware if wix. Since last one week, all I get is a complicated email reply and nothing else. All they say to you is your matter escalated and again escalated and again. Then you get an email to do things yourself. I have calling and begging out for help but no one cares or bothers. So guess I what I started a vlog on their calls and started making a video diary, believe me I do this for a living I will upload this ...

Not worth the negatives

Really easy to use and get set up quickly but don't get your domain through them.Even though it's free at first, it'll be more expensive in the long run. When you want to move it, you will be penalise by having no site up for a week or 2.Unclear about when they are taking your money (mine was taken a month before due) and not willing to give a refund.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My previous web designer used this company to build my website and she transferred ownership to me. My account is free but my credit card was charged through my old web designer's account. There was no way for me to detach my credit card or access another company's account. Once the ownership was transferred, my cc should have been transferred and Wix understood that but still kept fighting my charge with my cc company. After months of disputing charges, they ...

Failing Wix support

Using Wix since 2015. All well until you need support. Do not manage to get through to their 'call back' page even.

I wouldn't recommend it to my worst…

I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.It does not work properly, every interaction with customer support takes about 2 hours and ends up with clearing the cache, after which no further solution is offered.Every 'improvement' made ruins the few good thing that wix had. And basic functions like sharing a page of your website does not work, and I am still waiting for a reply from the customer team after 8 months and several emails!Just appaling... Do not ever use.

review follow up, STAY AWAY

Previously wrote a review stating that they were holding my $3000 and every time I would call I would get a different response for why my account was not approved. They gave me the runaround for a month just to tell me that I have items on the restricted list or I am not complying with their terms of service. They would not specify. At the bottom of the email they said I Can apply again so I may get a different payment processor and this means that wix payments is not wix payments at all. ...

I have been waiting for over a month to get my payout. Wix seems to have horrible service and will not pay me the earned income.Will take legal action against this horrible company.
