Where's my f***ing money!?!
I've been using WIX for almost 3 years and they completely screwed me over! They have refused to pay me my money going on 6 weeks with NO end in sight! This isn't just a hundred bucks, it's 11 thousand dollars. I have bills to pay/contractors to pay! Like 2020 wasn't hard enough. Now I get to hire an attorney to try to get my OWN money back. WARNING! NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY! THE SERVICE IS DISGUSTING AND THEIR CUSTOMERS PAY FOR THEIR COMPANYS TECHNICAL GLITCHES. I need to cancel my subscription before they take payment but my login doesn't work. When I try resetting my password, no password reset email arrives. Called them and spoke to 5 different people, all useless and unhelpful. Wix is very aggressive when it comes to any money issues. Not pleasant!
Yes, I have to say that I too am joining a non-fan base of Wix. And I regret that I've ever touched their services. Creative side wise, it is ok with me. BUT when it comes to any money-involved issue or valid customer assistance...nada! They refused me TWICE with the refund for the mailbox which was "faulty" and they couldn't even lead me to any solution about it (as you might know, they offer a G Suite account). Do not use Wix!
5 weeks.on from being paid by customers I am still waiting for payment. I can not express how quickly I am now looking to move my websites away from Wiz. IF YOU MONETIZE ...DO NOT USE WIX. No customer support options. Zero interest in helping customers. Awful. Awful. Awful.

Stay away from Wix!
I have been with wix for a while now and here are the biggest problems I have faced. 1: you can not bring your own payment method to wix. They use to have authorize.net but too it away in March of 2020 so you’re forced to use their options which is limited. 2: My site is currently hacked and has been hacked for about a week now. I want to move my domain and email to…
I want to move my domain and email to another registrar however I do not have access to my email from Wix. Wix has said they can email me the info to an email I don't have access to! I find it hard to believe that a tech company cant send the information I need to another email that I do have access to! Wix please help!! so upset and frustrated :(I received a email saying my payouts have been frozen on 8th of October and still yet to have them un-froze.I contacted wix on the 19th with all my details and I didn't receive a reply.
