Refund ticket

Sent a refund ticket in twice after being late by the deadline by a couple of minutes. The Wix website builder itself is tough to work with, all other features are suitable but the templates are subpar to the rest of the website builders in the industry. I have just started my site... The "contact" button goes nowhere.. I have 6 messages from the site but i can't read them. Can't even change the address these nessages go to. We initially loved our website but…

We initially loved our website got payments on time and then about a month ago that stopped. We now have been in a payment verification war. We have sent multiple docs and each time they say it looks ok then we get a passive aggressive email stating otherwise. Very poor support...

Very poor support.... I will be moving to another platform for my ecommerce site once my subscription is up. I only wish I had paid for 1 year. I am not even 2 months in to my 2 year subscription. I have issues since go live 2 months ago still no resolution. After many years building and managing WordPress sites I thought it would take away the stress having a managed service o how I was wrong.
