Wix refuse to release the funds for orders that have been placed, with some of these orders already been dispatched. I've tried calling but was told their payments department were not contactable by phone. I've had not response from numerous emails. I wanted to bring my side huste online by creating a website with Wix. I purchased the premium business subscription, got to work and after about a month I had a really nice website ready to start taking orders! In the process of building my site, I also set up and sent in the required identification documents for Wix Payments. Website is buggy. Emails from account go straight to recipient junk folder.

I've been using Wix for about two years. I have two premium plan accounts. One for my portfolio, and one for my e-commerce store.I purchased an email account with the first website, which the first email went straight to the recipients junk folder. Completely bounces back from certain email addressed.The second website has errors when publishing the website. The published website doesn't look like the website in the editor. Images and text overlap differently ruining the look of the website.

They are bloody scammers!! AVOID AT ALL COST!This people are not transparent at all. They took the money from my sale and don't want to put it into my account, after proving that the product has been shipped and everything.They will steal the money from your sales.I am fuming because after more than a month these people keep sending stupid and useless emails to avoid giving me my money!!!!🤬🤬🤬

I signed up with wix on a Sunday the very next day I canceled my membership. Wix has refused to give me a refund and continues to debit my account. I have had to get my bank involved. The costumer service is a recording that offers no help. Wix is a scam they will easily take your money and goes null when it is time for a refund. Please do not waste your money on wix.

WIX HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are literally refusing to allow my company to accept payments and then I get passed around from person to person and nobody will tell me why my customers cannot pay online. They are costing me THOUSANDS of dollars a week through random card denials that NOBODY at Wix will explain. They keep blaming diferent departments and refuse to take accountability.

What do you like best? Wix is easy to use - no computer programming experience necessary. Good templates available, easy to add text, pictures, videos, create a blog, just about anything you would want on a webpage. What do you dislike? There is no chat feature for help. Wix not sending payments has affected my mental health greatly

I have not been getting my payouts when I did everything they told me to do. It doesn't make sense how a customer representative on phone can verify that I have done everything in 5 minutes and it takes forever for the offline team to get back to me. Last time I got my payout is Oct 21st and haven't gotten payout since. I keep calling and they say they will escalate the process to the higher team every time. Easy to use and peace of mind.

What do you like best? I love the ease and ability to drag and drop whichever features or plugins i want, I went with a custom built option vs a premade template. I have well around 15 plus years into web development/administration and this by far has been the easiest platform to use and as well as administrate for multiple users. Non existent customer service

Non existent customer service. It takes them 4 months to approve your payment setup for your website. Absolutely bad! Will never use them again.
