Dont use wix

Dont use wix. They are useless and you will not get what you paid for. To make your site working properly on wix you’d spend more money than paying someone to build your website in the first place. Plus the wix payments is a joke.

The Worst!Some guy set up a sight using MY EMAIL and I have tried for a year to cancel it! A year!Worst customer service (None!)Weirdo's email me from the sight!I have to BLOCK them individually... daily :(It's due for payment so hopefully this guy will let it expire. I HATE this business and I can't imagine they are ethical in any way.

Wix gets a lot of hate on Trustpilot but I've just finished designing my first website using Wix and would recommend it to anyone. The mobile app and ADI are a bit basic, can be a bit glitchy sometimes and could do with more options, but I enjoyed using it. I can't fault the Editor. I had a problem earlier today with a missing h1 heading and contacted customer support who rang me back within 20 minutes and solved the problem.

Simply the worst customer support I have ever encountered. More stupid than stupid. I can only imagine I must be dealing with a customer service bot because no employed human being can be as stupid as this lot.

Wix is kinda easy to use.. but!

Wix is kinda easy to use... But never delivers what you actually want or need. It seems free or cheap at first, but is incredibly expensive as each basic feature on your website costs more money. The websites look fine on computer but often look horrible on mobile phones as their mobile optimization doesnt really work. A lot of their apps work horribly. I think if you settle on wix... You will likely be disappointed sooner then later.

Honestly, it's an absolute pain in the ass. We have the wix app on two mobile phones and it's just so incredibly glitchy. Only one of our devices receives notifications of purchases. This becomes stressful when my partner is away and I have to keep checking my app 24/7 for any sales. On multiple ocassions I missed a purchase and had to refund a customer after a week long delay simply because I did not receive the purchase notification. Avoid at all costs

Technical support is so bad it might as well not exist. In fact at least if it didn't exist you wouldn't spend hours on end trying to contact them and days waiting for them to come back to you only to be given the same old copy-and-paste answers. There is no expertise on hand, just robots and humans acting like robots. If you are planning on running a business website do not go anywhere near Wix. It will be a waste of money and time.
