I suddenly have an issue with new customers not being able to sign up. They PAY TO SIGN UP. They didn't get back to me at all, and completely screwed my business in the last week i could have made money in a year doomed by covid. Wix doesn't care about you, or your site. Nothing but glitches, errors, and crappy customer service. I once upgraded and actually got downgraded, but they increased my price. One year customer- refund denied
After using wix for a year I received an offer for primume plan which I accepted by mistake. A few weeks later I noticed that I was charged around £62 so I contacted wix to cancel and refund and they I received an email saying my refund request was declined. Now I have a whole year paid plan for 0 website because I no longer have a domain or want to have one which is so frustrating. Wix payouts doesnt pay! - I have a webstore and selling high priced products - when Wix withholds our money it creates problems in the supply chain - Ive been told they are working on it for close to 2 months now. What's a webstore that cant pay the owner??

Great experience with Wix platform & support
I don't usually write reviews, however I think positive recognition should be given where it is due.Before transferring from my previous provider & signing up to Wix about 2 months ago, I did quite a bit of research & read various reviews. Don't use their premium service
Terrible service, bought a premium service to recieve payments. 10 days later nothing... 1 day later ... inadequate customer advisor reading off a script.... no help .... waiting another 7 days..... fix your wix

I considered Wix to be a not bad company, AT FIRST. Then you find that they bring a whole new meaning to the word "xenophobia" Everything is base and designed for the American market. For example:Wix Webinars: Presenters use american terminology and THEN fail to explain what they mean. Absolute disgrace of a company
Absolute disgrace of a company! I cancelled my subscription 2 years ago theyve decided to take my money out of my bank even though i have an email confirming my cancellation.i went through my bank to have this money returned to me for these Absolute thieves to dispute this by saying it was my subscription for me now having to pay for a shambles ive not used and i cancelled years ago! They are thieves. Signing up for their premium website plan was one of the biggest mistakes to make. Besides it being overpriced, their billing system is very broken and the customer service people are NOT there to help you. I bought a year subscription of the premium membership and for the domain name. They only gave me 11 months instead of 12 months for the domain name and when I told them about their billing issue, the told me to deal with it and completely brushed me off. I have since ...

Thieves. Will withdraw money from your account.
Take money off your account for what they advertise as paid for. Substantial amounts. Then keep you waiting 45 minutes plus, still waiting while reviewing, Total rip off. Avoid like the plague. Thieving rogues.
