I suddenly have an issue with new customers not being able to sign up. They PAY TO SIGN UP. They didn't get back to me at all, and completely screwed my business in the last week i could have made money in a year doomed by covid. Wix doesn't care about you, or your site. Nothing but glitches, errors, and crappy customer service. I once upgraded and actually got downgraded, but they increased my price. One year customer- refund denied

After using wix for a year I received an offer for primume plan which I accepted by mistake. A few weeks later I noticed that I was charged around £62 so I contacted wix to cancel and refund and they I received an email saying my refund request was declined. Now I have a whole year paid plan for 0 website because I no longer have a domain or want to have one which is so frustrating. Terrible service, bought a premium service to recieve payments. 10 days later nothing... 1 day later ... inadequate customer advisor reading off a script.... no help .... waiting another 7 days..... fix your wix

They are thieves. Signing up for their premium website plan was one of the biggest mistakes to make. Besides it being overpriced, their billing system is very broken and the customer service people are NOT there to help you. I bought a year subscription of the premium membership and for the domain name. Take money off your account for what they advertise as paid for. Substantial amounts. Then keep you waiting 45 minutes plus, still waiting while reviewing, Total rip off. Avoid like the plague. Thieving rogues.
