My experience today with aira was the best . She was really acknowledgeable and took her time to better assist me even when I didn’t know what I was doing at first she was sending me examples and guide me throughout the whole time . I never liked chat support before but she made it look very easy . Thank you so much aira and keep being the best . You made my day .

WIX is a wonderful platform
Wix is a wonderful platform, everything looks great, have a lot of tools to make your website easy to use as an owner and for customers too. The customer service is exceptional, knowledgeable, and solves the problem. The prices are reasonable.

Repeat Amazing Customer Service
This was not the first time I needed Wix Assistance, but Katie was so amazing! Not only did she manage to fix my issue quite quickly, but she showed me a new feature on my site and helped walk me through how to use it; I shared it immediately to my site's Facebook Page and within minutes it already had a dozen plays! Katie was so friendly and helpful; and like I said, not the first super friendly agent I have spoken to.
