I joined Wix in July 2020. All started well and I took out a second subsciption for my other site. I got to areas of building my site which I expected Wix to already have functionality for, however they did not so I was forced to follow their own Corvid Reference, used for adding code.I have been interacting with their "Corvid" team for months trying to resolve issues and they in turn send condescending replies, expecting you to be an expert coder. Do not use under ANY circumstances

Do not use under ANY circumstances. You will spemd months building a site like me and then they will introduce a bunch of enhancements that will completely break your live site and tale days to fix. weeks later the site will break again and all the old bugs will reappear. DO NOT USE WIX. They can't be trusted to provide a stable platform.

2 Hours of work only to have an error message telling me I cannot save. Thanks Wix. Oh, and the constant glitches in the editor, also not helpful. i am so sick of seeing their ads for like the past 5 years it's insane. I dont want to build a wix website. I have my own website and it's been working for +6 years. I dont wanna know anything about wix. I now hate wix dot com. I have never felt to strong about a brand.

Mind bogglingly bad service

Mind bogglingly bad service. Website went down multiple times since I purchased 15 days ago. After five lengthy service calls and literally hours on the phone with these people my website is down and I have no access to email during the busiest time of the year. They cannot solve the problem and promise to elevate your issue...you get an email stating your issue is resolved via email when absolutely nothing has been done. Wix stole more than $5000 from my moms website. they will not give her her hard earned money money and when she contacted the support team they give her the same generated scrip, now they completely stopped replying.
