Avoid like the plague

Absolute nightmare. They screwed up an update. Lost half of my traffic. 50 posts not working and they still haven’t fixed it! Everyday a new delay tactic. Pretty much no hours of availability on the advanced team. Horrible, horrible, avoid like the plague!!Now that there are many graphic design programs you can easily build things and import into any web host so the original appeal of wix is long gone. And SEO is terrible.

Holding onto my sales money!!!

I am a new online business and because of WIX my business could fail. They are withholding payments from customers which I need to purchase more stock. The excuses they are giving are pathetic. They have had my money for over a month. They are even saying they don't know why it's taking so long.

Der letzte Dreck

Extrem langsam, extrem eingeschränkte Möglichkeiten mit maximaler umständlichkeit bei der Bedienung. Textzeilen, Bilder und Grafiken verrutschen einfach. Das ganze hat jede menge Fehler. Der Responsive mode ist das schlechteste was es gibt. Alles im allem kann man jedem nur von diesem Dreck abraten.

Wix fungerer super...

Har brugt wix i en del år nu - har nok bygget 15-20 forskellige sites, og er super tilfreds. Brugte tidligere Rapid Weaver - men søgte et univers, hvor det kunne foregå "i skyen" og online. Forsøgte mig også med WordPress, men fandt det for kompliceret. Har det integreret både booking, mange forskellige kontaktformularer, billede og videogallerier, shops osv. Så "thumbs up" for Wix. Har læst dem der har anmeldt og brokket sig over reklamer - de findes jo kun, hvis du ikke vil betale noget. ...

I started using WIX to try and set up an eCommerce website, nevertheless it proved too complex for me. I then decided to get help from a WIX Partner. Good luck getting hold of someone

Good luck getting hold of someone to help! They don’t have a customer service number you can call. Their chat bot lets you request a call and you MIGHT actually get someone to call you. If someone does, they will just say they need to get you to the right department and put you on hold where you will most likely get “disconnected”. If you try to talk to a supervisor, they will “see if ones available” and place you in hold where again you’d be luck to not get “disconnected” or you just sit ...

Not for beginners

Took me 6 days to connect my products to my social networks account's and didn't manage.No help from Wix, you are on your own.Really? Very poor quality for premium subscription! Don't recommend for a beginner as they advertise.
