Awful Customer Service
Very difficult to ever get hold of anyone when it comes to billing. (Impossible for me Wix.) I sent in a 'Refund Request' submission with an auto reply saying they would get back to me within 20 working days. Never received a reply or any correspondence. Additonally no invoice was ever sent. This is poor. I now won't be renewing my subscription.

WIX doesn't check fraud
This company (WIX) doesn't check the validity of the companies it hosts. So when a company commits fraud or other legal problems they do nothing to stop the problem. This hosting company (WIX) is a criminals paradise.

They will not give me my money!
I am giving 1 star because I can't give a big fat ZERO! I worked hard for the money I earned and we just landed our biggest client of the year during this pandemic and WIX RUINED THAT! They held the funds as a "ransom" to get me to add a privacy policy and terms on my website which is something that should have been emailed to me. Will Not Release Payout
I have had Wix for somewhere around a year. My bank account was verified and accepted for payouts during my initial setup upon subscribing to WIX. I recently received an order from a loyal customer-turned-friend (the best kind of customers 🙂) A couple days later, I was informed by Wix that my payout was being held until my bank account was verified. Had I only looked at reviews before...
Had I only looked at reviews before jumping into the digital sheets with Wix. I’m not a tech person so when I brought the gurus onboard with me the immediately said get out of Wix. Apparently it’s good for basic traffic and having a place to launch to call your digital home. Yet it’s policies are strict and apparently there is no wiggle room. Probably why the have so many bad reviews and get you onboard with long programs. And so it is. Buyers beware.

decided to upgrade thinking that i would be able to set up my website easier with more support, was advertised that it would be 50% off at £8 per month and then they took the amount in full. this all happened on 8th december. no help so wanted to cancel the upgrade two days later to be refused. they've took my £107.98 and are refusing to give me my money back. can't talk to them as no contact number. please don't use this company they are awful with their service. i don't know what I'm ...

Je reste perplexe face a autant d'avis negative sur ce site! je l'utilise depuis 2018 en mode gratuit pour mon blog mode et je voulais connecter un nom de domaine et avoir plus de place donc choisir le forfait ilimite avec le paiement par mois car ces jusqua maintenant le site le plus simple pour moi! ( je ne my connais pas trop pour les site comme blogger et autres.. ) mais maintenant je n'ose pas franchire le pas!!! Si quelqun pourrais m'aider n'hesitez pas a me contacter!

Me Vs. Bugs - Don't waste your time with Wix at any cost...
I have had Wix since the start of the year.I have learnt to build my site from scratch throughout the year in lockdown. Recently I employed a designer to help 'polish' the site and help with faulty lightboxes, Members navigation boxes, forms, buttons etc...Just today I have had the designer tell me my site is full of bugs and a lot of the simple things like alignment are near impossible. I have wasted months on this platform and would not recommend it to anyone for so much as a landing ...
