Better a year ago

Honestly, I don´t know if you have update your servers or something elsee, but I can´t edit my elemets without closing the whole window and reopen it. The google Translate I can´t edit it by myself and the mobile optimization is terrible. The system isn´t working correctly. I can´t even find the customers service phone number.. It used to be better a year ago, unfortunalty...

Watch out!

Watch out for when you renew your website with Wix! They charge full price for everything and renewals or re-purchasing a plan does not include what they say it does! For instance, no vouchers upon renewal or repurchase. This means you pay extra for the domain, the plan, emails, etc. I am overall very disappointed, being a long time customer, receiving nothing in return besides skyrocketing prices and poor customer service.

I wish I could put a ZERO! Not only do you pay top dollar for this, there is absolutely ZERO!!!!!!! customer support, I even emailed them days ago with no reply, like who operates a business like that? I NEVER recommend them or use them again.

HORRIBLE! BEWARE of Fraud, use your cards without authorization!

I have been a paying customer with WIX.com for over 3 years. My most recent subscription came to an end back in November and I decided not to renew it, since the prices went up and I was no longer able to use my student discount. The card I made previous payment with has expired by this time and I had no payment on file. Support Sucks and Totally Over complicated

Received a notice that our payment for our site was declined yet when I go onto the billing on the site it shows paid and accepted. Tried to get hold of them to confirm that the payment was made and having not had to do so for awhile their business site has become a joke as they have not ability to call and not one calls back. Thus, we will most likely create a site somewhere else as the site hasn't been that effective for us.

Terrible customer service

I was playing around with doing an online store and purchased a 3 year subscription. I never ended up using it, but since I paid for 3 years, never bothered cancelling it. I figured it would expire. However, it charged me $800 again for another 3 years without any notice in advance. When I contacted the customer service, they threw some terms and conditions at me saying it was un-refundable. Horrible

Horrible! Don't waste your time - or MONEY - with WIX. They always create one reason or another to hold our money. They have complete control over your cash. The "customer services" is a joke, they never know anything except what I see anyways on my dashboard. Please, STAY AWAY from WIX. Learn from the mistakes of over 2000 folks here. Will be reporting this asap to the Office of Attorney General Consumer Complaint.

If you use your web site as a photo folder or to give to clients you have found through word of mouth or what ever, in order to give credence to your business that's fine. If you think its going to drive customers to your business be prepared to be found by a yak farmer in Kurdistan who found you on page 173 of google.
