Wix is the worst site to go to build…
Wix is the worst site to go to build anything. It is not easy to navigate at all. I had more luck with figuring out HTML. They want to charge you for everything on the site. I canceled my subscription to Wix, and a month later not only did they charge me again, but they gave me a more expensive worthless plan. I had not even visited the site since I canceled it. I know I am not responsible for ordering something I just canceled. Then trying to get the issue fixed so far has been a flop. One ...

My Wix website is not responding to my commands
My Wix website is not responding to my PUBLISH command at all, and I have been trying for a month or more. It is not working. I feel so stupid for using Wix 2 time, and the 2 times, Wix proved they are a bad company and doesn't care about their customers. I tried to complain or get customers to support, but the website keeps taking you to Q and A pages. I got stuck in a loop. I already paid for a year.

Very bad customer support
Very bad customer support. Incompetent. Basically they do not make an effort to understand what you are asking about. in particular if it is more complex. endless emails with tutorials, but no actual attempt to respond to issues raised.

Beware if you are starting an ecommerce…
Beware if you are starting an ecommerce site. I have been with Wix now for 2 years. I stopped receiving payments for products I sold on my website. I called Customer Service and that agent could not tell me why. She had to create a ticket to the Wix Payment department. They never got back to me. FULL OF BUGS AND USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE!
They are holding my money in purgatory because of a bug in their system and all their customer service did was run me in circles and insult my intelligence.I've built over 20 websites on Wix. Overcharge and no response from customer service
Wix has charged me for a mailbox for at least 12 months and it was not used. I could not even see the mailbox on the site. Was paying around $100 US a year. Absolutely no customer service to answer queries so refund impossible.

Fraudulent Company
Fraudulent Company, They are withholding my payouts even though I spoken to them via the webpage and phone calls. They are saying they need proof of my business, not had a problem before? I have tried so many times to send them my business account details via: screenshots..etc and they still are still refusing these documents.VERY unprofessional company which illegally holds your money to earn interest in their fat bank accounts. WARNING DO NOT USE WIX PAYMENT SYSYEM.. :-(

Terrible support center
Terrible support center, just totally unfunctional. Need help and there's no way to get any help. I honestly want my money back.Just have an available support center so that people can ask for help
