Company of scammers?I hold a business account with Square, with PayPal and with Metro bank.After holding my payments of £2700 for more than a month (01/12/20) and providing them with all the documents the requested by me, they came back today (04/01/21) with an email, that only an 13 y.o. would fill in and sign such, that the payments account of mine it's closed (I've removed them and put Square in their place) and I will get my money after 120 days!!!!What the heck do they think they are, ...

Wix is incredible if you are not in need of an e-commerce site!

As an entrepreneur, I use Wix free services to build websites that include my bio, portfolio & other pertinent information ALL THE TIME and I am beyond grateful for the amount of free services they provide!My websites look professional and they are so easy to edit that I really don't know what I would do without this company! Poor support.

Wix doesn't have an easy access to customer support. The contact us link takes the customer in an endless loop to an infinite options menu. Its clear the intent not facilitate the customer platform interaction.

Thieves, stay away!!!

Once they get a hold of your CC they will just keep charging your card. Good luck canceling service. I had to report my card stolen to my bank in order to stop Wix. They are thieves.

So many better options out there. Save yourself the trouble. Wish I had read reviews before signing up.

We have had a website on WIX for the last 3 years and can't wait to get out. Our site loads very poorly. It is super slow. Several attempts of seeking help did not help at all. Why can't I put a Zero? - WORST COMPANY EVER

Why can't I put a Zero? Or a negative score? This company SUCKS. Literally - no notification that we couldn't accept online payments after succesfully accepting online payments for a year. Found out from a CUSTOMER. They said we didn't have images of our ID's. I uploaded those when we originally set this up. Nothing changed. Literally nothing. This is ridiculous. I wish there was a ZERO star rating! As you can see from the other reviews, this website building company is THE WORST! Be warned - DO NOT (!!!!!!) use WIX if you are running a business. If I could give 0 out of 5 stars, I would. I have never experienced such horrible customer service with a web hosting service in my life. They're like the mob where you'll be taken care of as long as you stay with them. Even then, contacting someone is a pain. However, once you decide to change hosts, they will make your life hell.
