Das Angebot ist einfach klasse, doch selbst bei einem Standard-Paket was 5 € monatlich kostet, bleibt die Werbung oben platziert. Wenn man dafür bezahlt, was auch legitim ist, sollte die Werbung von Wix verschwinden. Nicht einmal ein E-Mail Account hat man in einem Paket. There is nothign worse than to have to keep sending emails and being told they cant speak to you - i have been sent to billing and customer support etc etc im being charged for an account i dont have- this is fraud and its been almost 2 weeks without an answer from a live person I dont even know what Wix is!!!

WIX Customer Service I need your attention immediately.You have charged me £230.40 renewal fee that I DID NOT want to commit to again.. I have made no sales in the past year nor have I been active in my shop for over 9 months.I did not want renew. W i x is a ripoff

I tried their trial failed to cancel so they started charging $24.00 monthly. I complained and attempted to cancel they informed me that I was bound for a year. I changed my card and they still managed to get access to my bank account without my permission and they're still charging me $24 a month. They are a rip-off!

refused refund

My membership was renewed automatically, expiration date is only in 4 days, however they refuse to cancel my membership and give me a refund for the services, that I will not be using for these next 12 months. Customer service was friendly, however I got email 5 hours later that my request was declined, simply without any reason.... Terrible experience.

I am so frustrated. No human to talk to.

I am so frustrated. I paid on the 3rd Dec 2020 to wix in good faith £626-40 for three years of fees for a website being built by a german company. The german company said I had paid too much and to get a refund. They would sort out the website and payments and then ask me to settle with them which is what I have done. It seems impossible to get hold of anyone to refund the £626-40. Help

WIX will rip you off

The sign up and website building experience is easy and good however the auto renewal of subscriptions is a fraud and wix makes it nearly impossible to cancel your subscriptionif your phone # has changed....the support at wix is horrendous. You can not speak with a real person easily.
