Support is absolute trash!

Powerful platform but support is absolute trash. It's taking well over 2 weeks to solve minor technical difficulties. I've never met a more inept group of individuals calling themselves tech support.

Edit:I called again, and they gave me a refund straight away.... very very lovely on the phone, they sorted this out for me and I am very thankful

We are prepared to take legal action if we are not contacted, our event was 12 days ago and payments were made well ahead of the event. You are illegally holding our funds and not communicating with us.

Heel slechte service en no money refund !!

Heel slechte service !! Ten eerste is het totaal niet makkelijk om een website te bouwen met wix !! En doen ook geen money refund zoals nochtans beschreven staat op hun site, hadden nochtans duidelijk aangegeven dat we doordat het te moeilijk was we ons geld terugwilden, was blijkbaar niet mogelijk, ook stond er, we laten u iets weten binnen de 20dagen, ja om te schrijven dat je je geld niet terugkrijgt was het al binnen het uur! Helemaal niet klantvriendelijk of empathisch !

Zero!!!!! customer service, I am currently having an issue with my Payment Account settings. It's two weeks I am trying to update my Payment settings but can't seam to get the old information deleted. In order for them to release my funds, I need to update my account information, but I can't seam to delete the old account info. I don't understand all the negative comments

I don't understand all the negative reviews here. I've found Wix to be excellent. Lots of tools to help you along (web page templates, email templates, analytics, lots of ecommerce payment options etc) I've given it a 4 rather than a 5 as there are a few features that could improve. But the summary is it creates very good looking websites, they don't crash (so far) and they are actively adding features to keep up with the market needs

Overpriced for zero seo impact

Slechtste Website Builder

Gemakkelijk de slechtste web-builder op het internet. Je eigen website is heel traag maakt niet uit hoe erg je hem optimaliseert, Wix' servers zijn gewoon slecht. De dashboard van Wix is ook erg sloom waardoor het 10x zo lang kost om kleine aanpassingen te maken. Ben inmiddels overgestapt naar Shopify en zal dat sowieso aanraden boven wix.
