WIX rejects refund request inside 5 minutes!!!

WIX is a company that had revenue of $1 billion USD in 2019. I recently requested to have my subscription canceled and a refund applied, just days after it auto renewed. My wife's business has been closed for some time now and the email address for that business was not being monitored. I put forward my case to WIX which was rejected inside of 5 minutes. WIX rejects $6 refund request inside 1 minutes!!!WIX is a company that had revenue of $1 billion USD in 2019. I recently added a $6.50 mailbox to my site at wix. I called within 1 minute after adding it and was told how to get a refund. YES A BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY RFUSED TO REFUND A 10 YEAR CUSTOMER $6.50!!!!!!

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE company.You cannot contact customer service. They don't want you to. They're that bad. They have cute little stupid names like Members instead of web programmers. They have a blistering amount of bad and complicated information and NO CONTACT. No support...try and find a phone number

No question, Wix is easy to use and create beautiful websites with! The problem is when you need help. No phone number to call and repeated attempts at using their callback service have resulted in hours of wasted time. Wix is ROBBERY! They don't care about people AT ALL. Wix made it impossible to make an edit on my webpage, I tried to study the new edit method but it felt like I was learning coding.
