Zero customer service, unethical business practices

No customer service whatsoever. If you try to contact them, you get sent to automated technical support, which keeps asking you the same questions in an endless loop.Also, they're extremely unethical. For example, they'll add by default a subscription for two years instead of one year to your cart. And they never ever refund. Deeply aggravating, and feels super dishonest

They have the worst customer service. they are taking money from my account without my consent and it is very hard to get help. they are a big scum. please stay away before your are robbed.No contact number for them and they will put on hold for hours on their call back. they are the worst

Hier matin j'ai crée un wix gratuit, j'ai passé 17h sur le site environs, aujourd'hui je me suis dis je vais prendre une formule payant avec un nom de domaine, j'arrive et ' mon compte est bloqué ' après 3h d'attente aucune possibilité de contacter wix pour savoir la raison, aucun email n'as était envoyé, un minimum laisser l'espace ouvert pour savoir le pourquoi du comment. Wix promotes they are an easy one stop shop so you buy in. Once your invested, they pull their payment source rendering the site useless but won’t refund the website investment . I've been unhappy with wix for years. The "design your page" program was glitchy and difficult to update the most menial of things, get the blog to work, or that stupid live chat that never worked. The Final straw was after I asked WIX To cancel my account and refund my money that I so desperately need (being unemployed during covid.)
