Mobile Website Editor won't work
We have been using Wix for many years for our business website. In December last year, the mobile editor stopped working - I couldn't change the sizes of anything in the mobile editor. Since then I've sent at least a dozen emails asking for the issue to be fixed. Nothing has been done. It's been 5 weeks now. I can't publish changes I've made to the site because it looks terrible in the mobile editor. I called the customer service today and they said they have 're-escalated' my case. No idea ...

Refuses to Cancel Services
WIX is an overpriced budget service with incredibly poor customer service.WIX makes cancelling services such as Google mailbox accounts deliberate difficult in an attempt to prevent you from leaving.Their customer support team just fobs you off with useless responses and promises that it has been passed to another team. Bought a 2 year premium plan
Bought a 2 year premium plan. Absolutely no traffic to my website. Went with another company. WIX refused to refund 12 months with 15 months left. A rip-off. Go elsewhere.

Have taken my money and suspended my account for no reason
Extremely disappointed with the service from Wix. After paying an additional 24 pounds to upgrade my account to send more emails to my subscribers my account was deactivated for no other reason than that my emails got low engagement. I would not recommend Wix to anyone, just one problem after another.

No Customer Service!
It is an okay program but complicated for people that dont use it everyday. I have 3 sites with them. DO NOT EXPECT ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Fundamentally NOT user friendly for the unindoctrinated
Oh My God, I am about to have a full blown mental breakdown over WIX, IF only I had know just how difficult it is to manage, edit, understand, audit, etc etc. ONLY USE WIX IF A) you have a WIX specialist that you are prepared to pay for, or B) you are already familiar with the terminolgy, tax, collections, shipping options etc, absolute nightmare, it is NOT dummy user friendly at all, I am now going to have to pay someone to just help me understand the basics.
