Cela fait 3 jours que j'ai un problème pour connecter mon nom de domaine à mon site. Résultat mon site est hs et je n 'arrive à joindre personne de chez wix. Bien entendu il n'y a pas de numéro de téléphone cela serait trop pratique! C'est absolument scandaleux!

Untrustworthy

Untrustworthy. Their business model is built on locking the user in. They allow you to go and use tools to build a logo (for example) without any hint that there will be a cost. Only after taking long hours working on your design and elaborating it do they then show you the arrow which you are supposed to have to accept it after investing so much time working on the logo. Excuse me? Show you fu*king cost upfront!!!!

Customer doesn’t matter

Once they charge you, they don’t care about you. My business went under over the holidays due to Covid after having wix for 3 years. Even after years of loyalty to their service, they refuse to refund me (at prorate) for the 9 months remaining that I paid up front for their premium business vip plan. They don’t have relief for individuals or small businesses like mine (and they won’t yours). Clearly the customer is not the priority here.

My account was blocked for no reason

My account was blocked for no reason. When I call I'm told to send emails but their customer service has ignored my emails. I don't know why it was blocked. The site was for a business proposal and wasn't live yet. The actual Wix site isn't bad but if they can block you for no reason and then refuse to tell you why, it's too unreliable for me to use.

I can't make this up. So dissapointed with lack of integrity

I guess i was busy but when i saw the history of my account there was something NOT RIGHT. On my last call, I was asking many times why was i paying $25.00 us when I paid so much less before. But on the last CS call she avoided my question. And as i was continuing to find this very strange. Another very evil thing happened for many months. I needed to change my credit card for the monthly subscription. Impossible. Wasted several hours to no avail. This company had zero customer service. An endless loop of nonsense. Im sure they will contact me when they figure out they can't get paid. Wouldn't it be easier just to help your customers do the right thing?

The worst customer serivce on the PLANET. Literally on the phone now for 1:51 minutes in que and still no resolution. Good builder, TERRIBLE support

Used Wix to build my website and although it felt incredibly painful, I was able to do it without paying someone for help. That being said, now I'm actually trading you realise just how restrictive WIX actually is. Cant integrate it with the most simple things like Royal Mail for shipping and the support they claim to give is a point blank lie.
