Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Was charged even though my mailbox was cancelled. Tried to call and they hung up on me after putting me on hold for 10 minutes. Look elsewhere. They did finally resolve the dispute but not until I had wasted hours trying to get someone to take it seriously and had been hung up on - then promised another call back, which I never received..

I just bought a premium website

I just bought a premium website, because it comes with a logo builder, but guess what? The logo builder is illegible and not even the same color as what I ordered. You can't make changes to the logo once it's built - you can't get a refund or a do-over on it either. So no logos for me. The customer service was friendly, but paying the upgrade is not worth anything if the logos don't work.

Bin mit dem Baukasten nicht klar gekommen, habe dies gemeldet aber Geld NIE zurück bekommen. Jetzt werde ich immer noch mit WERBUNG belästigt. Die wollen einfach Geld machen, aber keine Arbeit haben! Schade!

Interface de paiement - ecommerce

Pas moyen d'interfacer le système de paiement de sa banque. Contrairement à ses concurrents (woocommerce, prestashop), wix nous impose de passer par Stripe qui prélève des commissions monstres sur les ventes réalisées sur notre site.Impossible d'avoir un sav sur ce problème.

PAINFUL..

PAINFUL... REALLY REALLY PAINFUL.Intuitively unintuitive.BUGGY as all hell. It's just a simple website I'm trying to create. Wix says no.I have a premium account yet they still constantly trying to sell me on a premium account. I've already bought it "WIX"They spend all their money on marketing and LIES.this is possibly the worst web program I've ever used.#fixwix

Don't expect a refund (anytime soon)Is WIX buggy, yes. Are they always trying to sell you a Premium Plan even though you've already purchased one, yes.... Still, I've stuck with WIX for 8 years because it's fairly simple and quick... Over the past 8 years I've built around 25-30 sites for small businesses using WIX. Today may have been the last straw... One of the individuals I built a site for failed to add their billing details to WIX, so 2 years later auto renew billed my debit card ...

Misleading and amateur.

Wix made it very difficult and confusing to stop the monthly payments for my website. It resulted in almost 12 months of unknown charges. Customer support can't offer anything additional than telling you where to click on the website. I really wanted Wix to work instead of going with Squarespace, but it goes to show that you wind up paying more when you think you're paying less.

Fraudulent?- Avoid Wix

I purchased a three year subscription for a few Domain names thinking I would require these for a business idea. Ultimately the business idea did not progress so I had no requirement for the Domain names and wanted to cancel after the initial three year period. This is where the 'fun' starts. Just try and cancel your subscription and you will discover for yourself the 'merry go round', achieving nothing. Paiement et remboursement, manque de lisibilté et SAV peu réactif

La gestion de la construction du site est super, je trouve leur interface sympa, intuitive, en comparaison a d'autre CMS.Par contre pour le paiement c'est pas très rassurant et le SAV est peu réactif, d'où la raison de mon post:-J'ai payé deux fois un site premium car je n'ai pas reçu de confirmation du premier paiement.
