Bin super sauer!

Ich bin gerade am Durchdrehen! Ich erstellte mit WIX bereits 8 Webseiten. Bisher war ich hell begeistert vom intuitiven Editor. Nun wurde aber die Menuführung so dermassen abgekackt in der Bedienung, sorry für das Wort, aber es passt leider nur das. In der englischen Version der Webseite, verschwinden nun die Untermenus. Die Unterseiten haben plötzlich keine Namen mehr und man kann sie weder ins Untermenu schieben, noch umbenennen. Bin gerade am Durchdrehen, denn so dilettantischer Mist ...

Edited this review from really negative to pretty positive. Their new site editing system is a bit messed up, in that when you initially start editing a new site, it automatically takes you to their dumbed down, easy site building tool, which is very very limiting. Avevo un sito wordpress su aruba che è stato cancellato, è per questo che sono passata a wix che dire....nulla succede per caso, sono felicissima ....pur non avendo competenze tecniche ho realizzato un sito di cui vado super fiera e per il quale ho ricevuto moltissimi complimenti...anche grazie ai ragazzi super gentili e preparati dell assistenza che per ben 4 volte mi hanno richiamata tempestivamente e supportata telefonicamente per circa 1 ora ogni volta...super ...

Wix n'a aucun respect des clients - A EVITER

Wix n'a aucune préoccupation sur les investissements de création du site de leurs clients et ne respecte pas la compatibilité ascendante que suivent les éditeurs sérieux. Ca veut dire que si un éditeur sort une nouvelle version, elle doit être compatible avec les anciennes versions afin que les sites continuent à fonctionner. Overcharged me

Overcharged me, took the money a month early and then when I needed assistance with the issue they would put me on hold and transfer me around various departments who could not solve my issues. AVOID!

Vey disappointed

Vey disappointed, there have always been glitches but it's becoming unacceptable. When I go to look at my site to check how customers experience things everything goes wrong, when I go on my mobile my entire contact page has nothing on it but a copy of my home screen and on the computer buttons are in the incorrect places HOWEVER who I go on wix preview EVERYTHING is EXACTLY the way its meant to be. To sum up their preview is a lie and you can't fix the problems!

I wrote a scathing review of Wix as I couldn't get hold of anyone to discuss a problem. They responded to my review here, and looked into my problem, and sorted it.I still, however, find the fact that I had to post here to get in touch very frustrating and find their chatbot method of contacting pretty awful as it's limited to a set list of problems and issues, and if yours isn't there, you end up in a dead-end with no way forward.And numerous attempts to contact via Twitter went ...

De kan ikke genetablere en e-mail

De kan ikke genetablere en e-mail, selv om at jeg havde sendt en token og har betalt for dette igen, som wix badt om. Har talt med mere en 10 mennesker hos wix, igen kan finde ud af noget som helst. Alt andet er okey. "Opdateret" i dag endelig var der en som ville hjælpe.
