IMPOSIBLE to get Human help..........BAD !!!!! would never use them ever again....and hope that people, website masters, etc. realise how absurd this company's service is......they are really good at charging on time and bringing your website down "if" you do not pay right on time........Ajjjjjjj. money makers, not interested in human services.......

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service! Have had a paid premium account for close to 10 years. Suddenly can't access site and can't get anyone to help me sort this out. Have wasted a whole day, and still can't access site! My recommendation, try another company!!

The fact that you can pay these people and they are still an operating business is beyond me. All I needed was a page with a header, a book now button, and my Instagram linked to slideshow. I've used wix for two years now with a premium monthly plan to sell products. After my yearly auto renewal came up again last month, they asked me to update my payment method which needed review. They just came back to me and told me half my products are not allowed to be sold even though I only use wix for hosting my own domain. Poor customer service and help

To be honest, making the website I had no trouble at all. However the problem is the inadequate and very slow customer service, ive had issues with the wix hotels feature for months and even one urgent request that has not been fixed for one full year! It is honestly so frustrating and hurting my business. I would not recommend and they do not even offer any adequate compensation for the issues they are having. I'm starting to believe they don’t even have a "wix hotels team" to fix issues..

Ich habe ein Problem mit meinen Navigationsmenüs die auf dem iPhone in Safari nicht funktionieren. Es ist aber unmöglich einen Support oder Telefondienst zu bekommen. Man wird immer nur auf neue Seiten mit nochmehr Links geleitet die dann immer wieder kommen. Ich werde mein Paket kündigen, bin total frustriert stundenlang nach einem Support zu suchen. Eine Hotline-Telefonnummer scheint im gesamten Internet nicht vorhanden zu sein. Man will anscheinend den Leuten nicht helfen !!!

All Around Bad Service

Pretty bad service. Can't recommend unless you find a great deal on it. The builder itself feels clunky and slow. Customizability for the mobile version of your website is very limited with only the ability to hide elements you don't want. Also, website loading speeds are so slow! I signed up with wix 1300.00

I signed up with wix 1300.00. Can’t figure out how to use the site. Ask for my money back and have been denied 3 times. They off a group of people to help you build your site but you’ll have to pay. I’ve had 2 sites in the past 15 years. I’ll never sign back with them. You can’t even call and speak to anyone. Very disappointed

Im going to give Wix a 5 star. I moved from another competitor who housed my page for the last 14 year and coming to Wix is so far the best move I could have done. The set up is easy to use with a little practice and not being afraid to re do things will give you some great results.
