UPDATE**** Wix refunded my $24.85-----I used to be a happy customer of Wix.com but after recently reviewing my billing statement I found multiple charges that I did not authorize including a domain that recently auto-renewed of a business that no longer exists. Why do "Customer Care Experts" have undecipherable accents in English?

Happy with the wix design editor, but the "customer care" people have had accents so thick that I couldn't understand them. Add that their VOIP connection is very poor, staticy and frequent dropouts and it was a miserable experience.

Did have contact with customer service but they weren’t useful and since all problems were easily avoidably trough transparancy and communication it’s two stars for me.
