It unfortnate to say that Wix is truly the worst online business website builder I have come across. Their customer service is not helpful and will only refer you giving you hope when in reality they will just drag on the problem in hopes that you give up and continue with their website. The website is very buggy, I have had so many problems where my edits didn't get updated even after publishing the site and the fact that their checkout options are a separate subscription is crazy to me. ...

War mal gut..nun habe ich Probleme mit der Veröffentlichung der Seite nach dem ändern. Es steht „Nur eine Sekunde“ Der Vorgang lässt sich aber nicht abschliessen. Wenn ich die Seite nicht fristgerecht ändern kann ist dies für mich untragbar als Firmeninhaber und werde zu einem professionellen Anbieter wechseln.Korrektur Mir wurde geholfen und alles läuft wieder problemlos.Besten Dank!

Avec la crise du coronavirus mon entreprise n'a tout simplement jamais pu décoller et bien que la possibilité de demander le remboursement de l'abonnement annuel effectué sur Wix existe, ils jugent que le coronavirus n'est pas un motif légitime afin d'attribuer un quelconque remboursement pour un site que je n'ai JAMAIS publié !

The glitch we have (website can't be saved) is now keeping the team from working since days and won't be resolved. And this is just the last bug - there were many more before....

Absolutely terrible customer service

Absolutely terrible customer service. They make you go through so many hoops and then never resolve the issue. Then they'll tell you that they're choosing not to work on the issue without giving you a reason why. After a year of using Wix, I'm going to another provider. Would not recommend.

Hi,Wix needs to be more helpful. I have had a Wix site for over a year. All fine - then they say I can’t sell Hair Loss Products and Vitamins but we are a Hair Loss Clinic with contracts with NHS hospitals looking after Cancer Patients and patients with Alopecia.What do I do. They say they want to be helpful but I might as well close down. This is not good business. To top it off they are withholding my money from the store. I can use Papal not Wix. As Covid is here my money is needed more ...

An expensive platform for the masses,

Wix is a headache

After building a site and editing and operating it for a couple years Wix decided to stop supporting some of the basic page layout features - the text box elements that I put my content into. Instead of managing this 'upgrade' elegantly by allowing me to save my data, or doing an automatic migration to the new text box type, or backing up the text data in my elements they just froze the text as screen shots that I can't even copy and paste. Unreachable customer service. Even if you pay for a year, Wix will charge for canceling. Poor intuitive app

The worse web server and app on the market. Unreachable customer service. Poor intuitive app program. Poor integration. Website tools and gadgets are extremely difficult. I come from the tech community, I've built several websites. This is the worse. More importantly, when you decide to transfer from Wix, they employ a tactic to shut your site down for 7 days, then blame it on the transfer company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

They are a joke! I am livid with this company. They are my website providers and have decided to block my site and business from booking because they don’t think I should be offering the services I do. Wth!!!! Isn’t that what the city is for ???
