Criminals and awful AVOID
I used Wix to start my first website as a self-employed woman. Under a great deal of stress, and dealing with a lot of life changes that left me unable to fight for myself I was billed twice for a product I only purchased once. They're criminals and I wouldn't use them if they were the last pagebuilding rubbish on earth. Also, clunky and terrible.

Wix support heeft mij niet kunnen helpen. Ik ben zeker een uur bezig geweest om zover te komen dat je live met iemand kunt chatten. Wix support kon sowieso niet helpen want het schijnt niet mogelijk te zijn dat de verschillende BTW tarieven (9 % en 21%) op de factuur van onze klanten te lezen zijn. Kennelijk is het de bedoeling dat je dit allemaal handmatig doet. Ook op de vraag waarom niet alle facturen in numerieke volgorde in het dashboard bij de bestellingen staan kon geen antwoord ...

Ich war über ein Jahr lang…
Ich war über ein Jahr lang ausgesprochen zufrieden mit der Funktionalität und Verlässlichkeit von Wix.com.Plötzlich geht nichts mehr. Seiten lassen sich nicht aufrufen, beim Einstellen neuer Inhalte fliege ich während der Formatierung raus. Ich habe die Seite bis auf weiteres deaktiviert. Schade.

Кто жалуется на wix.com научитесь внимательно читать их правила пользования. Там так и написано, что они вам ни чем не обязаны. И что они всегда правы. А у вас нет никаких прав на сайт. И что они могут забанить вас сайт по любому поводу. И денег они вам не обязаны возвращать. Не удивляйтесь этому. Перед тем , как начать работать с wix не ленитесь читать их правила пользования.

Scammer alert
Scammer alert. Want a great site to run your business? Well Wix is not the place for you. Long story short, Wix denied my payment after I sent items to a customer. I was supposed to be able to claim my payment after proof items sent. Customer service is a joke! They only tell me that it was their mistake and they'll get back to me. Well, they don't. I was trying to start a subscription for a single website, the wix browser tricked me into signing up for a 2nd. Website. The company refused any refund. Total waste of more than 500

Wix Event Ticket Double Fee Charging
I consult for a client with a WIX site which they have successfully used to manage their courses/events for the past 3 years. No ticket fee is charged on their business domain. DONT USE WIX.COM!!
I will never use this website ever again wix.com we been waiting for more then 2 weeks for our payment from there paying platform 'stripe' they still haven't send us our money and now have decided to refund our customer even after they all have received there items ,please dont use wix.com as there payment platform will do the same to you , I'm so frustrated as we now have to open a new website and cancel all of order from today if I could I wouldn't even rate them 1 star as they ...

DO NOT USE WIX.COM this is the worst website my friend has just had to rebuild her website because of this websites payment platform 'stripe' as they don't want to pay her for all the orders she has sent and payed for! she has been so frustrated and disappointed , please DO NOT USE THEM save your money and hard work!
