Wix customer service review- not a good experience.

While I think Wix is the easiest and most intuitive website builder it has some major flaws and faults: 1. the SEO aspect is not only clumsy it seems that the search engines recognize it as a Wix site and thus discount its rankings. I'm basically paying for a website that doesn't work due to longstanding technical issues on wixs part. This is UNACCEPTABLE.The customer service at wix is subpar. The way wix is very slow fixing technical errors that the company has is forcing me to report a claim with the BBB.Yes No email was sent and nothing was resolved the reply must just be an auto-generated message like every other response they give. Among the best customer service I've experienced.

I don't understand the bad reviews here. I've got multiple websites with Wix, it's easy to use and take payments etc. The best thing for me is the customer service - if there is something I am struggling with I usually receive a call within 10-15 minutes, the customer service people are always patient and friendly and explain fixes or work around quickly. I even requested a feature previously and within 2 months they'd created it and emailed me to let me know they had created it and to call ...

I was surprised to receive EXCELLENT…

I was surprised to receive EXCELLENT customer service from Wix today because I was downgrading my plan. The customer service rep actually (cheerfully) walked me through it. I'm saving a bunch of money and my plan is now right-sized to my needs. A lot of companies obscure this process and make it hard to understand the plans. This was simple, effective and funny enough, a pleasure to do.

Customer Service is a mythical creature for Wix is concerned.

I had a website for the 18months with Wix. I was a novice and struggled to build the site. They offer very poor customer service, indeed unless you find your problem on FAQ they are uncontactable. The FAQs are not in understandable English more technical and so my question was lost in a sea of words. All they are interested in is getting money for the web site. They have the worst customer service…

They have the worst customer service and policy I have ever experienced in this kind of business. They overcharge your credit card without warning. The websites function poorly.
