The Website Creator Platform for Tech Challenged Like Me
I am a brain and lymphatic therapist--and a tech idiot. When I needed a website, I searched for something a real tech idiot could use--and I picked WIX because it was more straightforward, at the time, than SquareSpace and I could understand it better. I have run into many problems along the way and have been able to initiate the CHAT HELP that, every time, has saved my butt. So, I am no authority on website creator platforms, but as a tech idiot [expert], I think WIX is great.

Kyle at Wix customer support was terrific
Kyle at customer support was terrific! He help me make some changes in my domain set up. He was patient, knowledable and also had a good sense of humor. We fixed my problem in about 15 minutes and he steped me through things in a simple and effective way. Thanks Kyle!

Easy to use website builder and excellent customer service. Whenever I have had an issue or trouble with my website or members accessing my website, the customer service team have always come through and resolved any issues promptly. Highly recommend Wix.
