No support whatsoever I tried to get a…

No support whatsoever I tried to get a call back for 2 months to cancel and they still took the money from my bank account still can't get a callback and not happy. Won't be using them ever again. They state that there will be no refund as I paid for one year if I cancel my premium account it will not go away until 2022 per their terms. Ridiculous. I am definitely going to a new web platform. So disapointing.

Very hard to CancelTo cancel your account with them and close it is an ordeal to say the least. I am not referring to getting your money back or anything like that. But you can't cancel your account or have the data they are holding deleted without waiting for 30 days after expiry of an unused subscription and then multiple steps after that. Wix.com has the worst ever customer. …

Wix.com has the worst ever customer service. Service is all online and is advertised to be 24/7 in the U.S. My problem did not fit the predetermined categories, so I requested a call. After 12 tries, I still heard nothing. They texted twice that they had called, but the phone was in my hand, and they had not called. Wish I had been warned before I signed up.

Wix has horrid customer service and zero support. The lack of personnal touch is disheartening after all the money they collected. Trying to request a refund or turn things off was a nightmare. Find a company that takes more time in the customer experience and assistance.

My website keeps changing on its own…

My website keeps changing on its own after working hard to optimize it and make it my own days go by and it'll decide to randomly change colors and presentation or add a random letter in the middle of no where that makes no sense at all. There is no customer support at all no one is behind the scenes to help.

scammers. I paid £20 to get a domain they took the money and gave me nothing. Website shows error. When i called they said they cant find transaction. But money is taken from my bank. Account. Stay away. Use shopify !
