Absolutely disgrace of a company I paid…

Absolutely disgrace of a company I paid for a premium blog for two year contract and also a two year domain thinking we would get the e-commerce side, I found out that I had to pay extra and also every purchase I sell they take a fee I spoke to customer service who were very unhelpful And couldn’t care less. Also there software is not very user-friendly, My advice is to keep well away from them.

I would give this site 0 stars if I could. I've been DENIED a refund on an upgrade that I accidentally went a head with. I've been paying for a domain account for YEARS but stupidly went a head on an ad they sent to me and ended up upgrading. I requested a refund seconds after this and asked to continue with my original subscription. This was then denied later that night and I was told I would not be receiving a refund. Je trouve inadmissible que wix ne précise pas que les seuls moyens de paiement accepter par wix sur les sites internet sont paypal et leur propre outils de paiement. Il n’est pas possible de lier un compte en banque perso a notre site internet. Les fonctionnalités laissent à désirer. Quant au service client c’est très difficile de les joindre puisqu’il faut demander un rappel. Je déconseille. One of the least intuitive tools I've ever used

I have not even got all the way through the initial build and am screaming with frustration - this is one of the least intuitive tools I've ever used. Do not tell you if your auto payment does not work and you lose emails

I will give WIX this. When you speak to customer service the people they employ are nice. However, their policies are not nice. If the monthly automatic payment for your mailbox does not work they immediately cut off your mailbox. And you cannot retrieve any email that come through until you have paid your account. Like many, our 2020 was rough and 2021 hasn't shown much improvement. Regretfully, I forgot that I had a subscription for a Wix website I never used. And when it came time for me to pay the $213 for renewal, Wix sent no email reminder. In fact, I have no email communication from the company since August of 2020. Facile pour démarrer un blog mais des bugs

Editeur de blog très facile pour démarrer. Très grande flexibilité pour créer des posts et des pages. Le revers de la médaille, ce sont les bugs d'affichage. Impossible à corriger avec des posts qui se superposent et deviennent illisibles. Pas connu les mêmes problèmes avec Wordpress. Aujourd'hui je vais sans doute arrêter.

Slow customer support causing considerable loss in revenue

This is an update on my previous review after I upgraded my email marketing account and was then suspended and was unable to send any emails after paying an upgrade fee.After days I finally got a response from the Wix support where I tried to explain that I clearly had not violated any of the Wix terms and conditions and I attached a photo for them to see. Wouldn’t bother

Wouldn’t bother! Half the features don’t function and the other half are a work in progress. They’ll charge you for the privilege and when it doesn’t work, will refuse to refund!!!!!
