Big lie about the free domain for a year. At the end it's over $25! Now that’s a damn lie!

Auto renewal notification

Had someone else develop my site and I paid for 2 years. I have moved on from this site and I did not know that I had been signed up for auto renewal. No email or any notification was sent to me and I just found out they charged my visa. I contacted them and I was denied a refund! This company is making Billions while the small companies are struggling to stay afloat! They are greedy, beware!!!

Wix Logomaker scam

Used their logo maker which was really simple and paid my £16. I received an email to download the files which I followed, but all the files read ‘sample logo’ and were not my logo. Every time I try to re download the file I get sent to an error page. The do not respond to my emails and I have no logo to use. I will have to start from scratch but this site is a scam and a rip off. Stay well clear! Have also cancelled the annual renewal off my Credit Card as they will surely try to take this ...

Bad Customer service

I own a domain with you for a good 5 years, and i want to renew my domain, you people said my domain is not with you but it is with Network solutions. This company deserves 0 stars. worst platform I have ever used and I should've known from the moment I moved my domain over. First, my domain took 4 days to propogate. I called wix every single day to make sure it was running smoothly and find out what was taking so long. I was reassured every day that everything was fine and my website would be live shortly. They are false and will block you if you contact customer service…

They advertise that you can EITHER buy and register a domain with them or buy a monthly payment plan (which is far more expensive), however if you buy the domain you can then not register it unless you also buy a monthly payment plan: which you don't find out until AFTER you have bought the domain. And forget about getting your money back or being able to transfer the domain name, they refuse to answer their customer service mail and if you try to get help though their Facebook site they ...

Feeling thoroughly deflated and depressed about having commited to Wix for premium

Well it's really depressing to read these reviews as they're backing up my experience so far. I used Wix for a year and had no problems as my site was as basic as it gets with no booking functionality.
