Worst customer service I have ever…

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. In order to talk to a manager, I made an appointment for which they didn't make, and called two and a half hours later. Even still, there is no remedy for their own screw up.

Not worth the frustration.

I try not to be dramatic or angry when leaving a review, but I genuinely want people to know they should avoid WIX. I've had my business website through WIX for 6 months, and there have been so many incredibly frustrating technical issues that I can't even remember them all. I hate wix!! I have spent 4 months making clothes and a site. they say it's free but if you will get payments you have to lose at least 17 euros every month! Do never ever go on that site!!!

c'est du n'importe quoi il vous laissent acheter un nom de domaine et quand vous voulez le connecté ils vous obligent à acheter un forfait du coup vous êtes en quelques sorte obliger d'acheter leurs forfait premium sinon le nom de domaine vous servira à rien

The company has taken £860 out of my account. Saying that a transaction was fraudulent. I have receipts screenshots everything I can to get that money back. But they will not help. I will be taking them to court if i dont get my money back

Trust everything offered By Wix

This is my second month with wix and I have renewed my subscription on the 1st of March and had to pay premium in pounds as agreed. First of all before just coming here saying wix has taken money from account without you noticing, why don't you look at what you have agreed to pay and which plan you have chosen, for if you chose Annual Plan that is one off payment for a year and you need to know that they will charge you yearly as agreed. They charge my credit card with s subscription

They charged my credit card it after I did not even worked for the company I used this Wix.com for.Warning! I have not received an invoice, an email, a subscription renewal email.It was also very difficult to contact them. Call the number 1-800-600-0949 and they send you wo website where you have to go though questions that do not fit my problem, answer wrong in the hope I will get to talk to someone. Looping through the chat bot, very "techy".Thank you Trust Pilot.

Having searched everywhere to understand why Wix Event App is charging 2.5% for any tickets sold on top of the fee for using a separate payment gateway I found a review from Olivia Graham in Feb 2021 facing the same issue. Do not depend on WIX customer service…

Do not depend on WIX customer service to help. I have had to teach myself how to set up webpage and nagivigate through issues. Customer service does not know product that they are selling. Placed on hold every time I call with a question. Issues never resolved. Simple Qs like how to book appoinments from mobile app can not be answered. Seitdem, außer einer Email mit dem Betreff "Zahlung ausstehend" nichts mehr gehört.Vor 1 Woche eine Mitarbeiterin per Rückruf Service kontaktiert, die versicherte mir, dass mein Account in Bearbeitung ist und in 1-2 Tagen abgebucht/ freigeschaltet wird.
