Truly bad
Truly bad. Clunky web builder, that sounds great on paper, but is very hard to control and is just counter intuitive at every step. Also they just disabled editing for a whole events lisiting section and had a note requiring me to now build it a different way, with ridiculous instructions, that didn't work. Had to re build an entire list from scratch, in a worse system, just to update one thing. Leaving Wix as soon as possible. I would say avoid. Use wordpress. Get control. Save money.

DO NOT purchase a Domain, it's a bait and switch
It would be ZERO, but had to give something.These people are a joke! I was doing up a new blog page. Wanted to get a domain. Purchased one for $27.04. Went to attach and come to find I needed a premium plan. Well...that would have been nice to know. So I looked at their plans and saw a domain was free. Wix are DISGUSTING
Wix are DISGUSTING! I was denied a refund because “I cancelled too late” which is a LIE! They state you can get a refund if you cancel within 14 days. I cancelled within 2/3 days so how can I be denied a refund because it was too late? I just don’t understand how and why companies can get away with this kind of thing. A bunch of scammers! I’m so mad! AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!

They charged me £280 when they automatically renewed a subscription without me realising it and it is impossible to talk to a real person from the company to get a refund - just an automatic message saying 'refund denied' without explanation. Greedy bunch of money-grabbing robots! I have no need for the service but I'm stuck with it for another year and can't get a penny of my £280 back! Poor Customer Service and Ignoring my request to cancel subscription
Designed my site very good. Loved the backend side of things. I was very disappointed in the support and help.I did not know how to cancel my premium subscription and needed help. Could not find it anywhere and helpdesk/service desk support was not visible. The site had no e-mail address for a service desk. Usually good service..
Have been using Wix for years usually a good service but recently made a new site for a client and it did not meet expectations and performance was poor, the mobile app wasn't responsive and then our Google ad's representative told us that Wix sites don't have good SEO, so no customers were finding our site. Wix débite votre carte même pour un forfait annulé... et même lorsqu'ils reconnaissent implicitement que leur processus d'annulation est confus, ils ne vous remboursent toujours pas !
En novembre 2020, j'ai annulé tous mes forfaits WIX car le site internet ne m'a rien rapporté... et en décembre, ils débitent quand même ma carte bancaire de 178,80 euros, pour un forfait qui n'est pas effectif puisque je n'ai plus ni de domaine, ni de site ! Aucun scrupule ! Le service client ne répond à aucun mail. Too bad there's not a zero star…
Too bad there's not a zero star category.They continue to charge without notification until it appears on your credit card. Their policy is to refund after 15 days but by the time the statement releases, it's too late. I'm sure all of that is by design. ..also, they slowly increase the rates over time.Bad company - bad service.

Great support, Delighted with the service!
I had no idea where to start with my online store after I had to close my physical store due to Covid. I called Wix support after finding them online. Dealt with a lovely agent from Dublin and provided me with all the information I needed, walked me thought the process of buying the premium plan and the domain.
