comment les joindre au téléphone ???
bonjour, j'étais plutôt contente de wix depuis 5 ans mais quand je vois que mon site ne s'affiche pas correctement sur les mobile et qu'il est impossible de les joindre, ça me met en colère, gros soucis de SAV en effet !

Der Titel ist eigentlich schon falsch! denn Wix hatt kein schlechten Kundensupport, sie haben gar kein Support.Geld nehmen Sie schnell über die Kreditkarte, wenn man aber mal wirklich ein Problem hat, wird man von der einten auf die nächste Seite weitergeleitet ohne Ziel... eiskalt hin und zurück. Oh boy I should have taken notice of the reviews. We are a substantial company and looked for a quick solution to a new simple on line business involving 17 products sold (hot food) delivered by ourselves to 5 local areas, with further plans to roll out a nationwide delivery service this week. Buy or transfer, you'll be paying full price.
To buy a domain and/or use your domain from a different provider on Wix's platform and have website creation tools for only 1 year it will cost you $276.00? Really?You'd think if I transfer my domain, the price would drop down from $276 to maybe $150. Nope. Not even one bit. I truly don't understand how these businesses come up with these prices.

Please, I beg you, do not use Wix. Seriously, don't. I've been trying to get a simple fix for 4 months, not a single bit of communication or update and i've called many times. They tell you it's their top priority then do nothing about it. Their integration is appalling, great if you sell 1 cat biscuit a year but anything more and it would be more efficient taking all your sales on pieces of paper.

There is NO WAY I would ever use Wix…
There is NO WAY I would ever use Wix again. I canceled my subscription, they claimed I did not, TWO YEARS later I get a bill. They "declined" my request for reimbursement despite the fact I had not even logged into Wix for > 3 years. Avoid - a typical 'rip off' business that hopes to hook into your finances -- and then, somehow, you'll just forget. It worked this time... too bad for me.
