Fine - until you have a problem

I was happy with my Wix website until on the 28th January I realized I no longer received emails telling me when I had a sale (luckily Stripe and PayPal told me funds were in). Forgot to cancel autorenew, got charged a month before, attempted to cancel before period was over, DENIED.

Personally, I haven't had any problems with Wix in 7 years up until this point, but this is low. I decided to open up a second account to switch my domain and website to a new address and cancel the other one. I put in a refund request to not renew the day before my subscription was up and was DENIED. Not only that, when they email that they denied your request, they don't give a reason why (even if it's not that good)... they just straight up denied it.I get that income is income, but is ...

Det er 2. gang jeg laver den her anmeldelse, da de fik den første slettet. De vil ikke hjælpe med at frigive dit domæne hvis du bruger deres Gmail setup. De kan ikke finde ud af at yde basal kundeservice hvis man vil væk fra dem igen fordi man er utilfreds. Shocking Customer Service

Shocking Customer Service. Quick enough to take my money, but unable to rectify an issue with my e mail. I have literally spent hours on the phone to them, every time they reassure me that it will be sorted out. Going in to my 15th day without access to e mails, and no sign of it being sorted again today. Extremely polite customer service staff, but appalling lack of competence.

Wix continue to withhold my money!

I already wrote feedback here after which Wix helped me to verify my Wix payment account. I did a huge amount of work and my account was verified. Yesterday the payout was supposed to come through but now they closed my account because they now want me to register for a business account but I'm not a business, I'm a sole proprietor, so can't do that. I didn’t know auto renew was turned on. I didn’t receive any email or notification to tell me it was going to renew, I just received my credit card statement with the subscription fee on! I also note that the money was taken 14 days earlier than it should have been anyway which is also absolutely a joke! I contacted them and I was denied a refund without any explanation!
