I contacted Wix before my premium plan was due to renew to tell them the date the payment was coming out my account was 14 days earlier than agreed. I said I couldn't pay it if that was the case I had other commitments. The live chat rep said we would make an urgent request to sort this out. BEWARE Misleading Pricing Plans & False Offers

Wix whilst easy to use they use shady dishonest marketing techniques with false advertising plans and offers. DONT BELIEVE THE PRICING OFFERED ON THEIR PAGESMake sure you click all the way through and dont believe their pricing page as each screen you click through the cost gets higher and higher and features are removed. Après un boutique en lignée crée avec Wix et société fermée fin 2020, je me retrouve encore avec des prélèvements de 25€/mois, sans mon consentement et sans AUCUNE raison valable. Site marchand qui s’apparente à des techniques frauduleuses et qui, bien évidemment, ne répond de rien !Je suis contrainte de bloquer ma carte et me trouve prête à engendrer des poursuites à l’encontre de cette société qui reçoit une montagne de cas similaire au mien. À fuir !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Honestly don’t understand the negative reviews

This is my second web site the first years ago I couldn’t work out was a different provider wix however I’ve found very easy to navigate pricing straightforward too. My business is doing very well and I put a lot down to the ease of the site giving me more time to focus on advertising etc Thanks wix team

Not refunding unwanted auto-renewals

I have been trying to reach people at Wix because I have been auto charged for a second year when I do not want to continue with the service. I have been waiting for a response from the team and nobody gets back to me. Also, they give an email address where you can reach directly, but when I write there the email fails to deliver. It is disrespectful to leave your customers without any support in these cases. I would like my money back, please!

DISGUSTING WITHHOLDING OF PAYMENTS - AVOID

Withholding payments from my customers! I have been a customer of WIX since 2012 and have only ever had a few issues, one of them was unwanted auto-renews and not getting refunded, even though I had turned them off. This was incredibly frustrating at the time.
