Once you pay them, they don´t care about you.

I used Wix for quick and easy building of simple websites and I was satisfied with their service. But due to Covid I had to cancel one of my websites (connected with conferences and similar events). I remembered that I created it on March 2020, so I wanted to cancel it at the end of February. I was really unpleasantly surprised that the web was already renewed on 26th February without any reminder and they charged in my credit card.So on 1st March I ask them for refundation. I am very disappointed in a company…

*update* They were able to give me a full refund after speaking with a billing specialist, so I feel a lot better. I am very disappointed in a company that is meant to help their customers succeed. I was trying to apply promo code that I received and hit the wrong button by accident, now I’ve been denied a refund not once but twice because their system looks at it as if it was a renewal and not an upgrade. I’ve escalated the issue but find it odd that they just won’t refund my money. 340.00 ...

Wix heeft zonder aankondiging mijn website verwijderd. Ik heb nooi bericht gehad mbt een probleem. Wat een schoften.???? Everybody can contact me but you. Strange. If i neef to do a payment than just sent me an invoice. I never received anything. It took me 5 hours to find out what was going on. You people cost me a lot of time and money

I was charged full price for 3 year…

I was charged full price for 3 year subscription yesterday,instead of the monthly payment offer. Apparently you can cancel and get full refund in the 14 day trial period. Cancel no questions asked.Not the case, they won't let me cancel, even when I've written in my reason.Referring me to Customer service. But getting no response there. Again it should be no questions asked! I only subscribed yesterday I am in arrears and they won't let me out!!

Son unos estafadores

Son unos estafadores. Mucho cuidado al colocar los datos de la tarjeta de crédito porque te harán cargos automáticos sin avisar ni pedir permiso. Servicio creado exclusivamente para ROBAR.SIGUEN SIN DARME SOLUCIÓN. Como si fuera poco, me hicieron cargos sobre una tarjeta de crédito con la que nunca había pagado antes. ¿Se puede ser tan hábil para robar?

They suddenly don't integrate zoom anymore!

I was happy with wix as it was automatically creating zoom links for each class that people booked me for. And people could join easilly from the app.Dut in march 2021 i received a 3 lines e-mail saying that " my account was disconnected from zoom because of a system error" and that links would not work anymore. With NO explanation on how to fix it! And no warning.I had a class the next day and my participants did not have links! i had to e-mail manually everytime someone booked! ...

Kein Login möglich

Ich kann mich aus unerklärlichen Gründen nicht mehr einloggen. Ich komme demnach nicht mehr auf meine zahlreiche Websites drauf. Ich kann mein Passwort nicht zurück setzen, weil mir keine Mail mit neuem Passwort zugesendet wird (Spam-Ordner wurde auch gecheckt). Nach Mailkontaktanfrage - meldet sich keiner seitens WIX/Support-Partner bei mir - seit Tagen. ???

Pas du tout ergonomique désagréable à utiliser impose des taches pour la publication sur Google qui sont impossible à effectuer même en suivant scrupuleusement ce qui est demandé j’ai une certaine expérience en informatique et pense me débrouiller bien donc ce n’est uniquement une possible incompétence de ma part
